As well as reports presented by the Chair, the Treasurer and the Patrons' Secretary about the previous year, elections were held for the Committee (including the Officers: Chair, Secretary and Treasurer). Peter Collier agreed to join the Committee as an additional member
Plans for the upcoming concert on Saturday 24th June 2017 were also discussed, including ideas for its programme.
